The vineyards

Precise, rigorous work

Artisanal approach

Our profession: winegrowing. We have chosen to work a small vineyard area in order to remain faithful to our artisanal approach: meticulous manual labour, soil ploughing according to the season, vine treatments guided by close observation, with the use of only the mineral or plant-based products permitted in organic viticulture, and harvesting the fully ripened grapes entirely by hand.

Respect for the land

The Domaine has obtained organic viticulture certification

Respect for the land and the vine is essential to obtain the finest raw material: the grape.
The winegrower's know-how and the plant heritage are passed down from generation to generation - the work carried out today will shape the vintages of tomorrow.

Map of the Domaine’s vineyard plots

All of our Pouilly-Fuissé vines are located around the village of Vergisson.
A total of 27 plots give us access to a wide range of terroirs, mainly made up of clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period of the Mesozoic era (150-180 million years old).
