Our profession: winegrowing. We have chosen to work a small vineyard area in order to remain faithful to our artisanal approach: meticulous manual labour, soil ploughing according to the season, vine treatments guided by close observation, with the use of only the mineral or plant-based products permitted in organic viticulture, and harvesting the fully ripened grapes entirely by hand.
The Domaine has obtained organic viticulture certification
Respect for the land and the vine is essential to obtain the finest raw material: the grape.
The winegrower's know-how and the plant heritage are passed down from generation to generation - the work carried out today will shape the vintages of tomorrow.

Le travail rigoureux tant à la vigne que lors de l'élevage donne des vins de caractère, riches et purs, fidèles aux terroirs de Vergisson. Le domaine produit deux Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Crus, quatre Pouilly-Fuissé et deux cuvées de Saint-Véran.
